I just wanted to say thank you for the customer service you and the rest of the group at Frameless have provided to us. We saw your display at D and B and I called you as soon as we got back into the car. Someone actually answered the phone and we scheduled an appt to have someone come out and measure. Victor arrived yesterday and was professional and thorough. As I told you we met with 3 other companies and 2 of them took no more then 5 minutes to give us a quote. One company came in measured and over a week later called with a quote which didn't sit well with me.
We look forward to the install next week and I am sure we will not be disappointed with the finished product. Keep up the good work, you don't find quality people like you anymore.

I wanted to take a minute to thank Frameless Shower Doors for the recent installation of the frameless bypass glass shower door I had installed at my home in West Boca. Jason and Ryan ( I hope I have their names correct) arrived on Monday as scheduled to installed the door. My wife was home for the installtion; they were both very courteous and professional throughout the installation. I came home Monday evening and inspected the installation to find a minor problem with the position of the header relative to the shower stall and tile work. I called your office Tuesday morning and reported the issue; Mark scheduled Jason to meet me that afternoon to look at the problem. Jason called prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way, I met him at my home at 4:00PM. I showed both Jason and Ryan my concern and they were more than willing to correct the problem to my satisfaction and stayed to fix the installation and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I would like to say I am very impressed with the professionalism of your staff, especially that of Jason and Ryan. They maintained a very positive attitude towards my concerns and ( after some head scratching ) realized why the header appeared not to be installed properly. It is very refreshing, and not so common these days, to find a company that puts the customer first and honors, without question, their guarantee of 100% customer satisfaction. If asked, I would highly recommend Frameless Shower Doors, Inc. to anyone.
