Here at Frameless we’ve taken all of the guess work out and built you this really cool shower door builder that helps you choose a layout that best describes your shower or tub opening, gives you color and hardware options, glass choices and the best part…It gives you a price instantly!
A “single frameless shower door” is just that, a single door. All of our frameless doors swing both in and out and will self center once they pass the “half way” point. We also have pivot hinge shower doors which distribute most of the weight onto the floor mounted hinge instead of the wall. Once you provide us with your measurements, we can propose the best layout for your opening. Don’t worry if your walls are not straight. We custom cut your glass to your opening size so it fits like it was meant to be there! Also, please keep in mind your opening cannot be larger than 36” to use a single door. We do not recommend having a larger door unless you need to have a wheelchair assessable opening. When you have an opening 31” to 33” or larger, we recommend using a shower door with an inline stationary panel layout. Remember the bigger the shower door , the heavier it is as well as being awkward to get around such a large glass shower door.
”Inline” means that the shower door and panel are touching each other at 180° degrees or in a “straight line.” The opening on an “inline door and panel” is usually too large for a single shower door. To remedy this, we put a stationary panel next to it. The most common inline design uses a door that has wall mounted hinges with a stationary piece of glass. If your opening space is larger than 60”, we highly recommend you use ½” thick glass for less flex in the stationary panel or use a header system with pivot hinges. The “header system” will also allow us to center the door and use stationary panels on either side of the door. We would also recommend using a header system when the door is not mounted to the wall. Please visit our inline gallery and click the “Start building” button and see if your design or opening looks similar to one of the photos or design layouts. If not, don’t fret! We can manufacture anything you need! Just tell us your size and desired design and our technicians will send you over what we feel looks and functions the best for your situation.

We take great pride knowing we have the most beautiful frameless sliding tub enclosures on the market. Choose from one of several designs that best suits your family’s needs always keeping style in mind. All are custom made to fit your opening perfectly. Don’t want to enclose the entire opening? Simply go back and look at our fixed splash guards as an alternative.
“90 degree”simply means that your frameless shower door enclosure has one or more “square”corners. The majority of these 90 degree frameless shower door enclosures mount the door to the wall with an inline panel that attaches to the 90 degree return piece going back to the wall. Some return panels sit on top of a tub deck, knee wall, or on a shower seat. For those design types, we usually use a wall mounted hinge with clips that join the panels together. If you prefer the door to be centered, or at the 90 degree corner, we suggest that you use a header system with pivot hinges. Using a header system design gives you a much sturdier feel and allows you to put the door wherever you’d prefer, with minimal clips. We not only help you design your frameless enclosure, we manufacture it ourselves and will help guide you and give you tips how to install it like a professional.
A “neo-angle” frameless shower enclosure has, in most cases, 3 sides with 2 angles that are not at 90° degrees. They tend to be in the corner of the bathroom where the 2 walls meet at 90 degrees. You can view samples of this here. Almost all other “shower door” websites insist you have to have a perfect 135 degree angle shower opening for you to have a frameless shower door enclosure – this is just simply not the case. We can make you a frameless shower enclosure for just about any angle or design you might have. Some neo angles have a wall mounted hinged shower door but most have the shower door in the center of the opening. As we previously stated, in our professional opinion, it is always best to use a header system with pivot hinges. The best way to go about it is to just let us do what we do best. Simply choose a design that best describes your configuration and start building! In the message box, please indicate any changes in the design that differ from the one you have chosen. Our design experts will make these changes and email them back to you for approval.
Over the last two decades we’ve seen it all; from the smallest single door, to a nine panel custom angled frameless steam room enclosure or an all glass wine cellar. Nothing is too small, large, or too technical for our expert manufactures or installers. Simply find one of our posted designs, print it, and make the changes that best describe your opening. We will take what you provide us and use it as a starting point to get your design where it needs to be so you can begin to visualize your dream, and make it come true. We feel the best way for us design you the perfect custom shower enclosure is to simply attach a photo of your opening and let us do what we do best.
A stationary splash guard or “shower screen” is an alternative to having a fully enclosed shower or tub area. Some people are not comfortable with the idea of a fully enclosed tub or shower stall. Each splash guard that we sell is custom made in our factory. There are some shower door or shower screen companies out there that only sell “standard size” Chinese made splash screens or guards, that swing. We call this a frameless shower door—not a screen.
If the tub or shower area where you want your shower screen to go is next to a vanity or toilet, we highly suggest you use a “fixed” or “stationary” panel. This will help you avoid accidentally slamming your glass into a countertop, or anything that may be “in the way.” You will also want to avoid opening it “in.” This is not a good option either because you end up blocking your shower or bath controls.
Every splash guard, shower screen or door that we sell is custom made by us to fit your opening perfectly. There is no standard width or height, if you want it taller, no problem!
If the wall is leaning out ½” of an inch, we cut the glass that way at no extra charge. No bait and switch. No excuses. Just custom made 3/8” or ½” heavy, thick SGCC certified tempered glass and the finest hardware ready to ship and/or install in 48 hours at absolutely unbeatable prices.
