Venetian Pool

Venetian Pool was completed in 1924 and located in Coral Gables as a historic public swimming pool. A shallow quarry that the pool displays have about 820,000 US gallons of fresh water from artesian wells, and that makes it the US largest freshwater pool. It also features a two-foot kids pool and ranges in depth from four feet to over eight feet. A walking path surrounds the whole complex, a café area for receptions and weddings, and a sunning area for sunbathers.
